Invasive species as bio-terror weapons?

Images-2A doctoral dissertation written by Lawrence Roberge to complete his Ph.D at Atlantic International University (AIU), warns that invasive species could potentially be used by rogue nations and terrorists as unique forms of biological weapons. “These types of weapons are inexpensive to produce and hard to detect immediately, so they can cause extensive damage before they can be controlled,” writes Roberge.
