Happy Thanksgiving From All of us at Shiloh TV
This Thanksgiving there are many things to be thankful for; our families, our friends, and more. I want to offer a special thanks to everyone in the military and everyone whose job it is to serve our communities. It has been a pleasure and an honor to meet and correspond with so many members of the military, men and woman from the US and around the world, I am thankful for the opportunity. I want to remind everyone to thank the men and women that are serving our country all of which deserve our thanks and our gratitude.
I also want to encourage people to reflect on this season of Thanksgiving as a time to thank God for our families and friends for all they do for us. This has been a particularly rough year for many families in our country as they face economic hardships and much worse. Don’t turn a blind eye to those that are being hit hard at this time do what you can to ease their burden not only during the holidays but through out the year. Even in these rough economic times we still live in the greatest nation in the world. We are blessed beyond measure and we need to learn to appreciate who we are as a country and as individuals. Quit looking at what you think is wrong with our nation and start giving thanks for what is right. Each day I am reminded of how thankful I am for this country and the honor I was given to serve it.
There are many people that won’t be with their families this holiday season because they are serving us; let’s keep them all in mind, from members of the military to the persons who keep our public utilities going while we enjoy our families and friends, and understand what their families to are making a sacrifice. Let’s give thanks for the incredible work that they do to keep us safe, secure, and comfortable in our homes. And most of all, those who have paid the ultimate price.
Take care my friends,
