Using a .38 to shoot bat inside home a bad idea
A Maplewood, MN man who allegedly used a .38 cal. revolver to try to kill a bat that flew inside his home and “attacked” his wife is scheduled to make a court appearance Sept. 20. Cedric R. Newton, 52, has been charged with reckless discharge of a firearm, a felony. Three bullet holes were found in the walls of an adjoining townhouse. The bat was reportedly wounded in the melee—winged, we surmise. Mnpls Star-Tribune.
