Marlin’s Connecticut plant to close

Images Marlin Firearms Co., a Connecticut gun manufacturer founded in 1870, has announced it will close its North Haven plant in mid-2011 and lay off 265 employees. Amid much speculation, Freedom Group, Inc., which owns the company, has indicated that the manufacturing of Marlin Firearms will be moved to another location at Trail Boss our Prayers are with the employees and families who are losing their jobs and we thank them for providing products that have brought many so much enjoyment.
