Paraplegic angler survives 3 hours in water
Florida angler and paraplegic Michael Terranova, 50, survived three hours in rough waters with a companion March 13 after their 17-foot boat capsized during a tournament on Florida’s Choctawhatchee Bay. Terranova said the incident didn’t faze his love of fishing or being on the water. “I feel like I’m 100 percent in the water. I can’t get around on land, but out in the water I get out there and I go.” Panama City News Herald.
