Kill Dangerous Bacteria on Food

While working for the university I spoke with a scientist who did a study on how to kill dangerous bacteria on food.  The number one product was vinegar. The best thing is it is all natural and eatable.

You can use it to wash vegetable, spray on meat, to tenderize and kill bacteria.  Keep some on your counter in a spray bottle and in your kit for the field. To wash field greens and spray on wild game after you have skinned it, to kill any nasty bacteria before cooking. It will also get the nasty little critters off of your hands. No need for man made chemicals.
