The Longwood, Fla. man injured by a black bear outside his home last week has been charged with feeding wildlife on his property. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officials say Ernest David Stamm, 49, was issued a citation for illegally feeding bears and has a mandatory court appearance set for Jan. 22. The bear was trapped and destroyed following the Dec. 10 incident. The Orlando Sentinel.
